Interslavic Language Resolution 2025

Resolution of the Interslavic Language Committee

Our project is developing rapidly, with many thousands of people interested in it. Last summer, it achieved ISO registration (https://iso639-3.sil.org/code/isv) along with other international standards. The language community is growing: videos, podcasts, music are being made, and many texts are being written.

For this reason, we all need to be remind the true purpose of the Interslavic project, which the members of the Interslavic Language Committee, with the help of other active members of the Interslavic community, have written down on one page.

This resolution explains the social role, programmatic goals, ethical principles, and moral norms of using the Interslavic language as a means of communication and cultural cooperation among Slavic-speaking people.

The resolution also protects the Interslavic language from ideological abuse and addresses the linguistic standard of the Interslavic language. We kindly ask all dear members and enthusiasts of the Interslavic community to respect this resolution and help spread it further.
