Meeting with Jan van Steenbergen, an Interslavic language creator

On August 25, 2024, there was an Interslavic meeting in the Polish city of Poznań. Fourteen people attended (half of them Interslavic speakers): Czechs, Poles, Ukrainians, and Jan van Steenbergen, one of the creators of the language, also came. First, they sat in the restaurant “Wiejskie Jadło” near the Old Market Square, and there were serious and interesting grammatical conversations. Then they went to the Belarusian pub “MY” on Freda Street. Naturally, there was eating, singing, playing the guitar, and, above all, great fun. The last participants left each other at 3:00 AM. We think everyone has many good memories of this meeting. We thank all participants. We wish you much success and look forward to future meetings!
